Like in every hotel it all depends on the room you are in and your own expectations. This hotel is cheap and basic but very clean, safe and friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Hotel is close to supermarket and some simple Turkish restaurants. It is not in the city center but tram to centre is two minute walk (it takes 15 min to Blue Mosk, 25 min to Istanbul Modern Museum). Rooms are small but clean, good beds, airco works well. Noise from the streets in frontrooms is just minor, close the window or wear earplugs.Perfect hotel for exploring the city but if you want to be in the middle of things it might be a bit far away.

Clean, Fair, Quiet, very Basic. Many local shops and resto.
Reception was not so friendly. E-mail was not replied. Morning call was 10 min earlier than my order. Non-Smoking room is not available, so the room smells smokes. Far from sightseeing spots but i stayed the hotel to catch an early flight, the taxi is around 25 TL one way.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. close to essential amenities - cafe, supermarket, tram stop.
It was further away from the old town than the address and website description led me to believe. The breakfast was the same every day and somewhat limited.

The hotel has a good location, being on a main street (not like others on back streets). The hotel is offering parking, which is very good, having in view the parking situation in Istanbul. The rooms are small, but very clean with new furniture (so it seemed to me), with confortable beds for a good sleep. You can find hot water at any time and the bathroom is very clean. The staff of the hotel is very nice, very helpful and they are giving good advices when asked. The breakfast was good, we loved the meals served. The main touristic objectives can be easily reached with the tram from the end of the street (2 min walk to the station). In the area are also bus stations, metro(to the airport),minibus, all of them in the range of max 5 min walk.
It might be a problem for some people the mosche in front of the hotel (every morning - around 5 - 6 am, the priest is saying the prayer on speakers). We did not have any problems with this, we just closed the window, and continued sleeping. We loved this hotel.

Good location, close to the tram and buses, you can get to Sultanahmet in 10 minutes by tram or half an hour on foot. Nice neighbourhood, right inside the old city wall, there are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Although small, the rooms are very clean and everything is new; the bathroom also. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is rather basic, but it's ok.
There is no free wi-fi internet in the rooms, although the description said there was. I didn't try it elsewhere in the hotel.

The hotel delivers what promised - very important! It is a little bit far from the historical center, however it is very close to the Sultanahmed tram line and in 10 minutes you are at the Blue mosque. The people at the front desk secured a parking place for the car.
Rooms are rather small, still enough air.

Hotel is good and better as per my budget, but hotel administrator charge for 5 night 448 Lira instead of 400 Lira, Booked.net confirm me that all the taxes are include in 200 Euro for 5 night and 200 Euro equal to 400 Lira but Hotel Administration charge excess 48 Lira. Buffet was little short but very excellent, Room is very good, the Metro Bus Last station just opposite to Hotel its very very good every one if they want to travel through Metro Buss all around Istanbul they can us those Buses which is stayed just opposite to Hotel. Tram station near to hotel just 5 minutes walk to Tram station, all low budgetary cost (food) good and clean lot more restaurants around this hotel/very near to the hotel, you may take good and variety lunch or dinner within the low budgetary cost may be within 10 Lira to 15 Lira. Staff is very good and caring but only the excess amount of 48 Lira of 5 nights was charged by the Hotel its very miss-commitment of the Booked.net and its will be taken action against this kind of situation by the Booked.net otherwise the authentication of the site will be neglected. I was enjoyed lot more because when I want I will approach shortly to Sultan Ahmet through Tram or when I need to go to Taksim Esquire I take 83 Number Metro bus from the just opposite site from the hotel only 2 Lira.
Hotel was booked through Booked.net for 5 night 200 Euro which were equivalent to 400 Lira including all taxes but the Lady charge my card 448 approx which was very miss conduct of the Booked.net commitment. I hope its will be resolve immediately.

We enjoyed window view of ancient city walls, small pretty mosque and huge Turkey flag. The Internet was available in the room. The room was small but comfortable and clean.
The neighborhood doesn't seem to be touristic. The hotel is quite far from any metro station and we walked 20 minutes trying to locate it. Furthermore, its location on Google maps is wrong and pointing to nearby Ozyavuz Hotel. There also was quite noisy due to a Turkish family next door in the evening.

The staff were very friendly and they spoke good English.. The hotel was very clean and this is something I would have to give them.. attention to hygine was impressive..
With no fault of their own, when we stayed in the hotel, there were some works going on in the area and the electricity was cutting all the time.. But the hotel generator would kick in almost instantly but that made the internet speed very weak.. Also, breakfast was limited to typical Turkish (which is nice in a way) but especially that most of the guests were not Turkish, they can give you the option to choose what to eat rather than limit you to one option- cheese, boiled eggs and olives!

Very friendly staff, very close to metro and tram stops. Rooms small but clean and it's enough to stay several days if you plan to sleep in the hotel only.
There's no fridge in the room.
